Real sites, not mockups.

Five websites and three films from 2026, recorded live on a phone and in the browser. Each one is labeled for what it is: a live client site, a design preview or a concept.

Projects

  1. LiveReal estate · Madeira Beach

    Refined Florida Living

A Madeira Beach agent’s site, set at sunset.

A one-page site for a Madeira Beach agent: a Gulf sunset drawn live in WebGL, new developments shown like a brochure, a filterable record of homes sold and a payment estimator.

  2. LiveReal estate · Madeira Beach

    Rich Edison

A broker site that reads like an investment memo.

For “the investor’s broker”: thirty years of finance and real estate in a career ledger you can filter, plus new releases and open houses that Rich posts from a Google Sheet.

  3. PreviewReal estate · Austin, Texas

    Next Frontier Realty

Texas draws itself, then lands on Austin.

A preview of Rich Edison’s Austin brokerage site: the state draws itself and lands on the city, and ten years of MLS closings play out on a custom map.

  4. ConceptPhotography · Sarasota

    Moments by Elyssa

A photographer’s site, built from a Pinterest board.

A concept for a Sarasota family photographer, built around two styles from Elyssa’s own Pinterest board: daisy-checker frames, torn grid paper, arched photos and hand-drawn doodles.

  5. ConceptRestaurant · St. Armands Circle, Sarasota

    Venezia

Wood-fired on St. Armands Circle, since 1966.

An unofficial redesign for a St. Armands landmark: the page opens inside the wood-fired oven, pizzas slide out on the peel, and the full menu settles onto marble.
