The brief
Next Frontier Realty is Rich Edison’s brokerage in Austin. The old site went offline when its platform subscription ended, so I recovered the copy and the full transaction record from the Internet Archive and rebuilt the story around them.
What I built
An opening that draws Texas and dives into Austin. A full-bleed map, drawn from OpenStreetMap data, scrubs from 2016 to 2025 as you scroll and lights up 56 real closings while the counters and chart keep pace. Below it, a ledger of every deal filters by sales and leases.
Ten years on the Austin MLS
Every point is a recorded closing. Scroll and the years advance; the counters, the chart and the map move together.
Every side of the deal
Buy, sell, lease and invest, each set at billboard scale over a photograph of the market it serves.
Closed, on the record
The full ledger of 56 closings, filtered by sales or leases, with the address, the side represented and the price.
On the phone.
Where most visitors meet it first. Captured from the preview on a 390-pixel screen.

And a film to go with it.
A gold Texas engraving, knockout type and a 3D map with a light for every closing. Fifteen seconds, vertical, designed frame by frame with its own sound. Tap the film for sound.
