Website redesign that keeps what works.

If your site looks dated, loads slowly or doesn’t bring calls, I redesign it from scratch around what already works: your domain, your best content and your Google rankings. A free site review first, fixed prices from $199, live in about a week.

Signs it’s time.

  • It looks dated, or broken, on a phone
  • It takes more than a few seconds to load
  • You can’t update it, or you don’t have the logins
  • It doesn’t show up on Google, on Maps or in AI answers
  • It doesn’t say plainly what you do, where, and how to reach you

How a redesign works.

  1. Free site review

Within two business days you get a short, honest list of what I’d fix first.

  2. Free call and a fixed quote

The price and a target launch date, in writing.

  3. A homepage to approve

You see the new design on your own phone before anything else gets built.

  4. Build and launch

Every old page redirects to its new address, so your links and rankings carry over. Then it goes live on your own domain.

Moving off Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy.

Many sites I review sit on a builder that bills every month and can’t be moved. A redesign is the moment to fix that: your new site is plain, fast code on hosting in your name, which is free for most small sites. Your domain stays yours, and your email keeps working through the move.

Work that fits.

Recorded live on a phone. Each one is labeled for what it is: a live client site, a design preview or a concept.

  1. LiveReal estate · Madeira Beach

    Refined Florida Living

A Madeira Beach agent’s site, set at sunset.

A one-page site for a Madeira Beach agent: a Gulf sunset drawn live in WebGL, new developments shown like a brochure, a filterable record of homes sold and a payment estimator.

  2. LiveReal estate · Madeira Beach

    Rich Edison

A broker site that reads like an investment memo.

For “the investor’s broker”: thirty years of finance and real estate in a career ledger you can filter, plus new releases and open houses that Rich posts from a Google Sheet.

  3. ConceptRestaurant · St. Armands Circle, Sarasota

    Venezia

Wood-fired on St. Armands Circle, since 1966.

An unofficial redesign for a St. Armands landmark: the page opens inside the wood-fired oven, pizzas slide out on the peel, and the full menu settles onto marble.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if it’s done carefully. I keep your domain, carry over the content that ranks and redirect every old address to its new page. Rankings can move for a few weeks after any redesign, and the redirects are what bring them back.

Can I keep my domain and email?

Yes. Your domain stays yours, and moves into your name if it isn’t already, and your email keeps working through the move.

What if I don’t have the logins to my old site?

That’s one of the most common problems I fix. I help you recover the domain and accounts from the registrar or the old provider, then set everything up in your name.

Does a redesign cost less than a new site?

It’s the same packages at the same fixed prices, from $199. A redesign often goes faster, because the content already exists.
