How the week goes.

Day 1 is the day your logo, photos and text are in. If you need help with the words or the photos, we plan that first.

  1. Before day 1

    Free call

20 minutes about your business, your customers and your goals. You get a fixed price, a target launch date and a short checklist.

  2. Days 1–3

    Design you approve

I design your homepage for phone and desktop. You review it on a private link and approve it.

  3. Days 4–6

    Build and review

The other pages, the forms and the search setup, in custom code. You test it all on your own phone.

  4. Day 7

    Launch

Your site goes live on your domain, in your name, and your support window starts.

Common questions.

The things people ask on the first call. Anything else, just ask.

Price and payment

How much does a website cost?

One Page is $199, Starter is $499, Business is $799 and Premium is $999, paid once. The price is fixed in writing before any work starts and doesn’t change. Extras like an online store or a brand film are quoted first. The website cost guide compares these prices with builders, freelancers and agencies.

What do I get for $199?

One clean, scrolling page with your services, your photos, a contact form, tap-to-call and a map, on your own domain. It’s AI-ready for Google and assistants like ChatGPT, comes with a QR code for your cards and flyers, and is built on a proven layout styled with your logo, colors and photos. It goes live in about 3 days once your text and photos are in. If you outgrow it, you can move up to a bigger package later.

Why do you cost less than most agencies?

It’s a one-person studio: no office, no sales team and no account managers to pay for. Each package has a fixed scope, and the sites run on fast, low-cost hosting in your own name, so you pay for the design and the build, not the overhead.

Are there monthly fees or hidden costs?

No monthly fee from me and no surprise invoices. You pay for your domain (about $15 a year) and hosting, both in your own name. Hosting is free for most small sites and around $10 a month if yours gets busy. Anything extra is quoted in writing first and only happens if you say yes.

How do I pay?

Half when you approve the written quote and half at launch, by card or bank transfer. Nothing is due before you have the price in writing.

Ownership

Do I own my website and domain?

Yes. The domain, the hosting account and the code are registered to you from day one. I’m added as a helper you can remove anytime, so nothing is ever held back.

Will I get all the logins?

Yes, from the start: your domain, your hosting, your Google Business Profile and your Analytics. You never have to ask anyone for access to your own site.

What happens if you’re not around anymore?

Your site keeps running. Everything sits in your own accounts with auto-renew on, and the code is clean and documented, so any developer can pick it up.

The process

How long does it take?

One Page goes live in about 3 days and the other packages in about a week, counted from the day your logo, photos and text are in, as long as your feedback comes back within a business day. On Business and Premium I write the text first from a short questionnaire, which usually adds a few days. The launch date goes in writing once the content is in.

Do I see the design before you build it?

Yes. You see your homepage design first, on your own phone, and nothing else gets built until you approve it. That’s where most changes happen, while they’re still easy.

What do you need from me?

Your logo if you have one, your photos, your services and any text you like. I send a short checklist after the call and help with the rest. Business and Premium include the writing.

What counts as a round of revisions?

One round is one list of changes you send together, and I make them all at once. Typos and small fixes never count as a round.

Can you redesign the site I already have?

Yes. Every package works for a new site or a redesign. Send your current site for a free review first, and I’ll tell you honestly what to keep, even if that means a smaller job. See how a website redesign works.

AI and Google

What does AI-ready mean?

People now ask ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers and Siri things like “best pizza near me” or “realtor in Madeira Beach”. Every site I build gives those assistants clean facts to read: structured data about your business, services, hours and area, plus an llms.txt file. On Business I also write an FAQ and service pages in the plain words people ask with, and on Premium I check what the main assistants say about you and fix what’s missing. No one can promise an AI will recommend you, but your site won’t be the reason it can’t. More on AI search optimization.

Will my site show up on Google?

Every site gets the search basics and the AI-ready setup. Business adds your Google Business Profile (the Maps listing), Analytics and Search Console. Premium adds pages for the towns you serve and the AI visibility check. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, and I won’t.

After launch

What does support after launch cover?

Fixes, small text and photo changes, and help if anything stops working, with a reply within one business day. New pages or features are quoted first.

Can I update the site myself?

On Premium, yes: the parts that change often, like listings, menu items or prices, live in a Google Sheet you edit from your phone. On the other packages, you send me the change and I make it, free during your support window and after that through monthly care or a small quote.

Working together

Will I talk to you or to a salesperson?

To me, from the first call to launch day and after it. There’s no sales team or account manager in between.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one business day, usually sooner. You write to the person doing the work, so nothing gets lost in a queue.

Which areas do you serve?

All of Tampa Bay, from Wesley Chapel and Clearwater to Sarasota and Venice, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Sarasota. I meet clients in person around the bay and over video anywhere else.
