The brief
SueAnne Hartfiel has twenty years in real estate and works the Gulf Beaches with Century 21 Beggins Enterprises. The site had to feel as considered as the homes SueAnne represents, read beautifully on a phone and turn visitors into calls.
What I built
One fast page with a sunset that is drawn live and sets as you scroll. Portraits rise into their frames, a career line draws itself from 2006, and every section works for a thumb as well as a mouse. After launch I added the search layer: a structured-data graph, sold listings written into the page at build time, a sitemap and crawler rules for search engines and AI assistants.
New developments, laid out like a brochure
Pre-construction projects get full-bleed renderings, the key facts and a path to ownership, so buyers can compare without leaving the page.
A gallery that moves sideways
Inside The Beachmaker the photos travel horizontally while the page moves down, then hand off to the other projects.
Homes sold, filtered by area
The sold list filters by city. Its rows are written into the HTML at build time, so search engines read them too.
A payment estimator that does Florida math
Price, down payment, rate and term, plus the costs people forget here: property tax, insurance and HOA.
On the phone.
Where most visitors meet it first. Captured from the live site on a 390-pixel screen.

And a film to go with it.
The Gulf sunset from the website, set in motion. Fifteen seconds, vertical, designed frame by frame with its own sound. Tap the film for sound.
