Real estate websites for Tampa Bay agents.

I design custom websites for Realtors®, brokers and teams across Tampa Bay: your own domain, your listings and sold homes, a link to MLS search and a brand that looks like you, not like your brokerage’s template. From $199, live in about a week.

What agents need, built in.

Buyers and sellers look you up before they call, usually on a phone and often right after they get your card. Your site should make you the obvious choice in your area and make it easy to reach you.

What I build for agents

  • A home page that sells you and your area
  • Listings, open houses and sold homes, written into the page so Google can read them
  • A link to your MLS search
  • New developments laid out like a brochure
  • A payment estimator with Florida’s real costs: tax, insurance and HOA
  • Listings and open houses you update from a Google Sheet (Premium)
  • Brand and listing films for Reels and TikTok, as add-ons

Two live agent sites and a brokerage preview.

Refined Florida Living is SueAnne Hartfiel’s site: a Madeira Beach agent’s one-page site with a live sunset, new developments, a filterable record of homes sold and a payment estimator. Rich Edison’s site carries thirty years in finance and real estate in a career ledger, with listings and open houses Rich posts from a Google Sheet. Both agents work with Century 21 Beggins Enterprises.

Next Frontier Realty is a design preview for Rich’s brokerage in Austin, Texas, with a custom map of 56 closings.

Your site, not your brokerage’s.

A brokerage page is useful, but it looks like every other agent’s at the office and lives on a domain you don’t own. Your own site keeps your name, your search rankings and your contacts with you if you ever change brokerages, and it lets your personality and your area lead.

Work that fits.

Recorded live on a phone. Each one is labeled for what it is: a live client site, a design preview or a concept.

  1. LiveReal estate · Madeira Beach

    Refined Florida Living

A Madeira Beach agent’s site, set at sunset.

A one-page site for a Madeira Beach agent: a Gulf sunset drawn live in WebGL, new developments shown like a brochure, a filterable record of homes sold and a payment estimator.

  2. LiveReal estate · Madeira Beach

    Rich Edison

A broker site that reads like an investment memo.

For “the investor’s broker”: thirty years of finance and real estate in a career ledger you can filter, plus new releases and open houses that Rich posts from a Google Sheet.

  3. PreviewReal estate · Austin, Texas

    Next Frontier Realty

Texas draws itself, then lands on Austin.

A preview of Rich Edison’s Austin brokerage site: the state draws itself and lands on the city, and ten years of MLS closings play out on a custom map.

Questions, answered.

Anything else, just ask on the free call.

Can you add MLS or IDX search?

I link your site to the MLS search your brokerage or IDX provider gives you, styled to match. A full IDX integration inside the site depends on your provider and is quoted first.

Can I update listings myself?

On Premium, yes: listings, open houses and new releases live in a Google Sheet you edit from your phone, and the site updates itself. On the other packages, send me the change and I make it.

What happens to my site if I change brokerages?

It stays yours. The domain, the code and the hosting are in your name from day one, so you update the brokerage name and logo and keep everything else.

Do you make listing videos?

Yes. Listing films are 15-second vertical films made from the listing photos, for Reels and TikTok, quoted per listing.

Do you include my brokerage’s required details?

Yes. I add your brokerage’s name and logo and any details your brokerage asks you to show.
